How do I add my pet's name or photo?

On each product page, enter your pet's name and/or upload your photo before adding the item to your cart. Please double-check spelling and your photo before you check out, because every piece is made exactly as entered.

What kind of photo works best?

A bright, clear, close-up photo where you can see your pet's face and eyes works best. Natural light helps, and please avoid screenshots or very small, blurry images.

Is each piece really made just for me?

Yes. Every item is personalized and made to order in the USA after you place your order.

Does it come ready to give?

Our message-card necklaces arrive with their message card in a gift box.

How much is shipping?

US standard shipping is free on orders of $40 or more, and a flat $5.95 on orders under $40. See our Shipping page for details.

When should I order for Christmas?

To help your gift arrive before Christmas, please order by December 14.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because every piece is personalized, we can't accept returns for a change of mind. But if anything arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we'll remake it for free. See Returns & Remakes for details.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders go into production quickly, so changes and cancellations are only possible if you contact us shortly after ordering, before production has started.
